Return shipment

We produce a large part of our range especially for you. Custom-made products cannot be returned. In that case, we advise you to place a new order. Has an item been damaged in transit? Read here what you can do. Read more about which products you can and cannot return below:

Wood and sheet material

Unfortunately, we cannot take back undamaged sheet material. We have cut it to size especially for you, which voids the right of return.

Custom furniture

Custom-made furniture cannot be returned. We have cut it to size especially for you, which voids the right of return.

Accessories

Accessories can and may be returned without giving any reason. You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Samples

You can and may return samples without giving reasons. You are personally liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

General right of return

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons, provided it is not a custom-made product. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) back from us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
