Delivery costs vary between 100 and 1500 depending on postcode and weight. Check the final delivery costs in the basket.
Order delivery
We deliver directly from our own production facilities. The online shop automatically selects whether your order can be sent by DPD or by our courier service Dachser Logistics, depending on its size. This is automatically displayed at the checkout.
DPD parcel post
If these conditions are met, your order will be delivered by DPD:

Maximum weight of the entire order | 60 kg |
Courier Dachser Logistics
Your order will be delivered by Dachser Logistics if it cannot be sent by DPD.

Not home?
DPD
You will receive the track & trace code for your package the evening before the delivery day. Keep an eye on the track & trace code to see the exact delivery time. We have no control over the time or day of delivery if you are not home, DPD will either deliver your package to a pickup point or return it to us. In some cases, the pickup point may refuse the package, which would result in the order being returned to us.
If the package is delivered to a pickup point, we kindly ask you to collect your order as soon as possible. If the package is not picked up within a few days, it will be returned to us.
If we need to resend the order, additional shipping costs will apply.
DACHSER
Businesses will receive their pallet order as soon as possible during opening hours. We deliver pallet orders to consumers by appointment only to ensure you are home at the time of delivery. Our courier, DACHSER, will contact you by phone or email to schedule an appointment.
It is important that you are at home at the time of delivery as tge time is scheduled specifically for you. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we will schedule a new appointment, and additional costs will apply.
