Jan has made a black bench from MDF sheet material. Very ideal for his dining table in the living room. The gray cushions he bought make the bench match the chairs at the dining table very well. 

Description by Jan

Inspired by Austria, we wanted a bench with loops in our new house. Because wood was very expensive, we looked for a bench that was already finished. But by chance we came across TOSIZE.ie on Pinterest. This is very nice to order in terms of price! We decided to paint it black and order cushions.

Work description: how did you realize your project

  1. First I sanded all the planks, then applied a layer of gray primer for mdf. 
  2. Then put the matt paint on it. After drying, it was put together and attached to the wall.
  3. We then ordered two pillows. We attached this with Velcro and glued it on the bottom and back.
