DIY table

A narrow table 74.0 cm wide as an extension of an island for a dining area in a kitchen dining room. My project allowed me to recycle the legs and uprights of an old table.

I recovered the legs and the slide system for extension from a old table. I ordered 2 tops of 75.0 cm/74.0 cm for the table top and 1 top of 50.0 cm/74.0 cm to make 1 extension. I cut the uprights of the old table to the width and attached the new tops. Then I painted the legs and uprights black and oiled the tops with a mixture of linseed oil and turpentine.
