Jos made window shutters himself for the attic in the dormer window. For these window shutters he used custom-sawn, primed plywood. He provided the shutters for the window with grooves and eventually painted them white.

We made window shutters for the dormer window. Using hinges and sliding shutters for a tilt and turn window with rails and wheels. In the end we painted the window shutters white.

How I made this project

We made window shutters for the dormer window. Using hinges and sliding shutters for a tilt and turn window with rails and wheels. In the end we painted the window shutters white. The panels were already cut to size very well. We provided the shutters with grooves using a milling machine and then connected them together with hinges. The dormer window has beams on the side on which the shutters are mounted to obtain a good rectangle. And then we fitted and painted the shutters. We made everything without a working drawing and adjusted it as needed
