What should I do if I haven't received my package?
If your order has not yet been delivered, we advise you to follow the steps below.

Check the e-mail from the carrier
The evening before delivery, you will receive an e-mail from the carrier who will deliver your order. Here you will find information about the time slot in which they will deliver or a track & trace link that allows you to track your order. Note! This e-mail may end up in your spam folder.
Check the status of your order. It is possible that your order has suffered a delay with the carrier.
If you have not received an e-mail from the carrier and the delivery time of your order has already expired, you can contact us via our contact form. -
Check the delivery address
Find your order confirmation and check whether the correct delivery address is known to us. If this is not the case, please contact us via our contact form. -
Check your letterbox
See if you've received a ‘Not home notification’ from the carrier. If you were not at home at the time of delivery, the deliverer may have rescheduled a new delivery time or dropped off your parcel at a neighbour’s house or a pick-up point nearby.
